Blog Post Week 9 My First Research

This week I started my first research on trying to identify and unknown bacteria morphology. I was taking notes on how to use a microscope and the different types of bacteria colony morphology. I created my streak plate with bacteria using the three quadrant streak plate method. It was a quick process but it was fun working with Britney. We both work together to find an abstract template and get started on it. I even learn about the aseptic technique. I also try to start in creating my Research proposal. I am still not sure how to put it together but I'll do my best to finish it. It was fun learning all these new stuff in 2 days. I'll be ready for future experiments or projects. Thanks Joshua for teaching me.
